I'm using IE10+, however the Stylizer says my browser is incompatible.

Todd Chessum -

Please ensure you're browser is not running in Compatibility Mode. This feature results in the browser emulating a lower version of IE which is not compatible with the advanced feature available in the Prime Stylizer. To remove a site form the Compatibility Mode list in your browser, please follow the steps below. If you're running legacy applications that require Compatibility Mode, then we recommend using another modern browser, such as Chrome or Firefox, to access the Stylizer.

Internet Explorer 10

  1. Navigate in Internet Explorer to the site for which you wish to turn off Compatibility View.
  2. Press the Alt key to bring up the top menu.
  3. Click the Tools menu, and then click on Compatibility View to remove the check.

Internet Explorer 11

  1. Navigate in Internet Explorer to the site for which you wish to turn off Compatibility View.
  2. Press the Alt key to display the menu bar.
  3. Click the Tools menu and choose Compatibility View Settings.
  4. From the list of "Websites you've added to Compatibility View", highlight the site you wish to remove.
  5. Click Remove.

If you're getting a message that you do not have permissions to the Stylizer, please ensure your user is part of the Prime Stylizer Administrators group.
