How to resolve Error 100 - we are unable to connect to! Please verify your internet connection?

In general, you will see this error at the time of installing any Emgage product or on the license page in following conditions:

  1. Your SharePoint WFE is not able to connect to internet
    It is important that internet connection is active in your SharePoint WFE since Emgage products connects to license server to validate license.

  2. Your SharePoint WFE is accessing internet authorized by a Firewall that is blocking!
    It is important to add permanent rule to allow connection to http(s)://*, http(s)://* domains since at the time of installation and after that at certain time period, Emgage products keeps checking license.
