Please follow the steps below in order to identify Emgage databases for backup:

  1. Open IIS(Internet Information Service Manager) and run it with administrator rights. Expand Sites and right click on the SharePoint site you are using.

  1. This will open a virtual directory.
  2. Find the web.config file.
  3. Create a backup of this web.config file.
  4. Rename this backup file to a specific format: web_<Year>_<Month>_<Day>_<Hour>_<Minute>_<Seconds>.bak
  5. Open the web.config file.

  9. AP_LicenseManagement is used common for all of the three emgage products.
  10. TURBOAPPs is used to store the Turbo App product related data.
